Voila ce que nous avons dégusté lors de notre visite a Osaka.
Here is what we ate in Osaka!
Dans un resto Coréen, nous avons mange une savoureuse soupe de ramen avec des morceaux de porc qui avaient un bon gout d’huile de sésame.
In a Korean restaurant, we had this delicious ramen soup with slices of park. The broth was tasty and had a great taste of sesame oil.
Ça c’était dans un salon de thé tout ce qu’il y a de plus classique. Pour accompagner mon gâteau, j’ai commande sans bien lire la carte un thé froid “spécialité de la maison”. Et bien, je me suis retrouvée avec 3 verres: un de the (normal), un de sirop de sucre et un shot de whisky! Étonnant, non?
Here is what I got at a cake shop in Dotombori. I ordered a tea to go with my cake, and got the “tea of the house” without reading the meny carefully. I got 3 glasses: an ice tea, gum syrup and a shot of whisky to go with it! Am I missing something?
Ça c’est le gâteau en vogue ici: le Mont Blanc! Ce gâteau est une purée de marrons vanillée avec un dôme de crème chantilly, on le voit partout et a tous les gouts, thé vert, fraise, fruits exotiques… a l’origine c’est un gâteau antillais qui a été japonisé.
Here is the western cake of the moment here: le Mont Blanc! This cake is a vanilla and chestnut purée with a whipped cream dome. It’s everywhere and it has a lot of different flavors such as green tea, strawberries… This cake is orginally French from the Antilles but was Japanised!
On finit par le traditionnel okonomiyaki, a déguster brulant a la spatule!
The last one is the traditional okonomiyaki, eaten pipping hot with its spatula!
Harborland
ou le quartier pres de la mer a Kobe….On y trouve le musée maritime, des hôtels de luxe, des restaurants….et le la tour de Kobe.
is the neighborhood by the sea in Kobe, it has a lot of attrations including the maritine museum, luxuary hotels, restaurants….and the Kobe Tower.
La tour n’est pas très haute (ce qui ne m’a pas empêché d’avoir le vertige) mais donne une bonne vue a 360 degrés sur la ville, elle a même échappé au tremblement de terre de 95 alors c’est du solide!
The tower is not very high(which didn’t prevent me from vertigo) but it has a great 360 view of the city. It’s quite a tower indeed it didn’t collapse when the earthquake happened in 95.
Ce soir la nous avons mange un okonomiyaki (crêpe Japonaise a l’œuf, au chou et bacon) et un yaki soba (mêmes ingrédients mais avec des pâtes de sarrasin). Mummm…
That night, we enjoyed okonomiyaki (Japanese pancakes with cabbage and bacon) and some yaki soba (basically same ingredients but with buckweat noodles). Yummm…
